UVConverter
UVConverter is a universal command-line Vietnamese encoding converterwhich supports 13 different charsets/encodings (Unicode, UTF8, TCVN3,VNI…)
UVConverter is available in both Windows and Linux.
- UVConverter 1.1.3b for Windows (12 KB).
I was using OpenOffice 3.2 and VPSKEYS 4.3 to type in Vietnamese. However, it messes up the Vietnamese typing software whenever I open OpenOffice up.
Here's what I tried:
1. Start computer with VpsKeys.
2. Test Vpskeys with Notepad. It works, accent marks show up.
3. Start Openoffice 3.2. It prevents VpsKeys from working, no accent marks show up.
4. Open up Notepad again (which worked in step 2). Tested Vpskeys. It does not work. OpenOffice 3.2 seemed to kill VpsKeys function.

5. Have to restart computer for VpsKeys to work with Notepad again.
Tried re-installing VpsKeys. Still the same as above.
Vpskeys 4.3 Bat Khuat
Is there something wrong with 3.2 and it's interface with VpsKeys that's different from 3.1.1? Doesn't really matter since I've already rolled back to 3.1.1, but just wanted to know.
